OrdainedPro Legal
Terms and Conditions
OrdainedPro provides wedding officiant CRM tools, document storage, script creation tools, subscriptions, a Professional Profile directory, and a script marketplace. By using OrdainedPro, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, follow platform rules, and verify all ceremony and marriage-law requirements that apply in their jurisdiction.
Professional and legal responsibility
OrdainedPro does not provide legal advice. Contract templates, ceremony resources, and document tools are general starting points only. Users remain responsible for confirming local requirements and should have legal documents reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on them.
Subscriptions and marketplace access
Subscriptions may renew until canceled. Seller marketplace access requires an active Professional subscription. If a subscription ends, marketplace listings may be removed and CRM data may be archived or scheduled for deletion under the applicable data-retention policy.
Independent officiants and third-party services
OrdainedPro is a technology platform. It is not a wedding officiant, employer, staffing agency, representative, partner, or agent of any officiant using the platform or appearing in its directory. Each officiant is an independent service provider responsible for their qualifications, legal authority, communications, availability, pricing, contracts, insurance, conduct, services, ceremony performance, marriage-license documents, and compliance with applicable law.
Couples and other users are responsible for independently reviewing an officiant’s profile, references, credentials, availability, written agreement, insurance, and suitability. OrdainedPro does not guarantee, endorse, supervise, control, certify, or warrant an independent officiant or the quality, legality, safety, timing, or outcome of their services.
Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OrdainedPro is not responsible for claims, losses, damages, injuries, delays, cancellations, missed ceremonies, property damage, financial loss, emotional distress, license or paperwork issues, disputes, misconduct, negligence, or other acts or omissions arising from an independent officiant or third-party provider. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
